We are a residential cleaning business offering several packages such as: standard, deep, move in/move out & airbnb, plus many add on services to fully complete your package of choice. Interior window washing, baseboard cleaning, laundry, organizing projects and more.
Appointments can be made by filling out a request quote form, where you will be instructed to enter your name, how many bedrooms/bathrooms, apartment or house, type of package, etc. and we will get back to you within 1 hour or less with a total price; via email, text or call. If price is accepted you will receive an invoice to be paid in full and this completes the booking process. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of booking an appointment. All payment methods are saved on our secure database after consent from the client. *Clients can also book an appointment online for faster service*
We always recommend a "deep clean" for first time clients; this is to establish a level of cleanliness that is easier to manage day to day.
It is not mandatory for clients to be home on the day of the scheduled appointment, access into the home must be selected at time of booking. We offer three "entry" options to choose from: 1)Client may be home to allow cleaner(s) access on the day of service 2)Client may provide us with a spare key or code 3)Client may put a spare key in a safe & secure spot outside the home for entry
Yes. We offer a 100% quality guarantee that inspires trust within our business. For any reason you're dissatisfied with a clean that was performed, we will issue a re-clean within two business days of initial service. Proof is mandatory and should be submitted to us within 24 hours of initial appointment, in order for us to issue a re-clean. We do not issue refunds.
Payment is "always" due in full at time of booking an appointment for services, to secure selected time slot. We do not accept payments same day or in person for appointments. We accept credit/debit cards, and zelle, sorry we do not accept cash or checks as form of payment.
Yes. We offer hourly rates for organizational projects only! We charge $60/per hour.
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment; except toilet brushes. Clients are more than welcome to provide cleaning products upon our arrival; if preferred.
All of our cleaners are professional, reliable, trust worthy and friendly. We treat our clients like they are part of the family! We are also insured!
We ask that our clients "remove light clutter" as much as possible (toys on the floor, mail, clothes, etc. and free up blocked spaces needing to be cleaned) to allow cleaner(s) to work more efficiently and make the most out of the time allowed. Clients must have a toilet brush available in the bathroom; we do not carry one due to sanitary reasons. We also ask that our clients make sure of proper ventilation and running water in the home, to ensure that the proper health and safety protocols are followed to keep everyone involved safe.
We keep in mind of all occupants in a household including pets and children and want to keep everyone involved safe from unwanted chemicals and harsh fumes. We pride ourselves on using quality non toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products for a safe and healthier clean.
Yes. We strive to offer affordable flat rate packages and add-on services, that are within the normal price range of our competitors.
