We are a residential cleaning business offering several packages such as: standard, deep, move in/move out & post renovation, plus many add on extras to fully complete your package of choice. Interior window washing, baseboard cleaning, laundry, organizing projects and more.

Clients can book appointments by call, text, online request form or on our website booking page.  A confirmation email & receipt will be sent upon completion of booking an appointment. All payment methods are saved on our secure database for future cleaning services. We do not charge for services unless authorized by the client.

We always recommend a "deep clean" for first time clients; this is to establish a level of cleanliness that is easier to manage day to day.

Yes. Each package has a time frame (estimate depending on the condition of the home). Listed on booking page. If the cleaner on duty happens to go over the estimated time frame, we charge a fee per additional hour(s). We charge the card the client leaves on file after the cleaning is complete. Clients will be notified beforehand. All policies listed in terms and conditions.

It is not mandatory for clients to be home on the day of the scheduled appointment, access into the home must be selected at time of booking. We offer three "entry" options to choose from: 1)Client may be home to allow cleaner(s) access on the day of service 2)Client may provide us with a spare key or code  3)Client may put a spare key in a safe & secure spot outside the home for entry

Yes. We offer a 100% quality guarantee that inspires trust within our business. For any reason you're dissatisfied with a clean that was performed, we will issue a re-clean within two business days of initial service. Proof is mandatory and should be submitted to us within 24 hours of initial appointment, in order for us to issue a re-clean. We do not issue refunds. 

Payments are "always" due in full at the time of booking an appointment for services, to secure the selected time slot. We charge a $30 fee for booking same day appointments. We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo & zelle, sorry we do not accept cash or checks as form of payment.

Yes. We offer hourly rates for organizational projects only! We charge $60/per hour. 

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment; except toilet brushes. Clients are more than welcome to provide cleaning products upon our arrival; if preferred.

All of our cleaners are professional, reliable, trust worthy and friendly. We treat our clients like they are part of the family! 

 We ask that our clients "remove light clutter" as much as possible (toys on the floor, mail, clothes, etc. and free up blocked spaces needing to be cleaned) to allow cleaner(s) to work more efficiently and make the most out of the time allowed. Clients must have a toilet brush available in the bathroom; we do not carry one due to sanitary reasons. We also ask that our clients make sure of proper ventilation and running water in the home, to ensure that the proper health and safety protocols are followed to keep everyone involved safe. *Please note, if cabinets and drawers are added on to any package, we asked that clients empty them prior to the scheduled appointment. 

We keep in mind of all occupants in a household including pets and children and want to keep everyone involved safe from unwanted chemicals and harsh fumes. We pride ourselves on using quality non toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products for a safe and healthier clean.

Yes. We strive to offer affordable flat rate packages and add-on services, that are within the normal price range of our competitors.

We provide services in all five boroughs & Long Island.

No. Tips are not included and definitely not mandatory but a great gesture for a job well done. Our cleaners take pride in their work and are committed to always going above and beyond!

Suds Perfection Residential Cleaning Services are not equipped to perform the following services due to health & safety reasons:

• Climb higher than a 2-step ladder
• Lift or move heavy furniture and/or appliances 
• Shampoo carpets
• Clean ceilings, high windows and fans
• Disassemble and/or assemble furniture, fixtures and appliances
• Clean animal and/or human waste
• Mold & mildew removal (extreme conditions)
• Clean air vents
• Pest infestation (mice, roaches, ants, etc.)
• Remove paint and/or paint chips
• Remove heavy or permanent stains 
• Bio hazards (bodily fluids, blood, etc.)
• Clean exterior windows
• Empty and/or change litter boxes
• Steam floors
• Wash walls
• Rust
• Clean outdoor areas: (patios, garages, etc.)
